Santa Dive 2010 - Rising sea levels led to serious flooding of Santa's Grotto
My good friend Hiroshi and I did our annual Santa dive today. Cape Maeda was calm, and the water clear but chilly. Not many other people diving today, but did manage to amuse a few other divers and snorkelers as we glided by.

Brilliant beard but where are all the presents?
how did you secure your beard?! This reminds me of “Surfing Santa” from Bondi, Australia.
It’s got an elastic band that goes around the back of your head! The whole outfit was about 350 yen (3 dollars fifty) from the 100 yen store (the dollar store).
not bad for a santa outfit! Merry Christmas! 😀
That’s one way of celebrating Christmas.
